Driftwood Suites - WhiteCap Suite (#2)

Communication with Kylee was excellent from pre-booking through check-in / check-out. All questions were answered quickly and she provided a great deal of information about local activity options. The building/Units are in a perfect location to access all points of Seward. The information binder within the unit also provided great details on many relevant topics. We'll look to book here again if (when!) we take another trip to Alaska!

This was probably the cleanest short-term rental we have ever stayed at! Very convenient, we enjoyed our stay!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying on this property. The proximity to the aquarium and town center was exceptional and great to walk to restaurants that weren’t on the cruise side of town. The port isn’t too far but we we did drive. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owners had good advice and lots of suggestions for dining and tours. We did not take them up on a small boat tour but I’m sure it would be great for some. The owners did mention the potential noise issues and we did notice others moving about or making noise during our stay. That was really the only downside. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The location is really good, and checking in was really easy. The place appears smaller in person. If you need three beds for your party, the sofa that turns into a bed is kind of uncomfortable. Also, the walls and ceiling are really thin. Both nights of our stay, we could hear people stomping around on the floor above us around 5-6 am, which was not our intended time to wake up. There are supposedly quiet hours, but they cannot be enforced at 5 am.

Nice clean property which appeared recently updated. We were not there long, but very happy with the accommodations.Thanks
